Percent of On-Time Performance
This is a measurement of how frequently UTA vehicles reach passenger stops on time. UTA considers anything within a window of zero minutes early to 4:59 minutes late to be an on-time arrival.
Number of Avoidable Accidents
Accidents are typically unavoidable, but sometimes accidents happen despite extensive operator training. UTA measures the number of accidents that could have been avoided per 100,000 miles.
Miles per Bus Service Interruption
UTA seeks to minimize the amount of time customer trips are interrupted by bus mechanical issues. This metric measures the distance in miles trip interruptions as compared to UTA’s annual goal.
