The first day of summer is just around the corner, and that means warm weather, lots of sunshine and the start of farmers market season. Whether it’s choosing the freshest local fruits and vegetables, picking out a perfect bouquet of flowers, sampling fresh baked goods from local bakers or just hanging out with friends, there’s something for everyone at the farmers market. Don’t forget you can save 40 percent off local bus fare and 20 percent off TRAX, S-Line and FrontRunner fares with a FAREPAY card. If you’re planning on going to the market with your friends, the UTA group pass is a great option that allows up to four people to travel together on UTA for just $15.
