How are you spending Memorial Day weekend? UTA will run regular weekend service on Saturday, May 26, and Sunday, May 27. On Memorial Day, Monday, May 28, we are running Saturday service on local buses, FrontRunner and paratransit and Sunday service on TRAX and the S-Line. We will not have Memorial Day service on the PC-SLC Connect. More information about our 2018 holiday service plans here.

Read on for family-friendly activities that are accessible via UTA. If you’re traveling with a group, remember that UTA’s Group Pass allows up to four riders to make a round trip on buses and trains for just $15. 

Lagoon

Headed to Lagoon? Ride FrontRunner to Farmington Station and then take our free Lagoon shuttle to the park. We’ll have FrontRunner service and route 667 Lagoon Shuttle service on Saturday and Monday (Saturday bus/train service both days). On Sunday, you can ride route 470 to Lagoon.

Salt Lake Bees

The Salt Lake Bees are at home this weekend. Ride TRAX to Ballpark Station and watch the Bees beat the Reno Aces. Games scheduled daily Friday, May 25, through Tuesday, May 29.  

Dave and Busters

Dave and Busters is open now at The Gateway. Ride the TRAX Blue Line to Planetarium Station and watch your favorite sports team on TV while enjoying billiards, bowling and video games.

Fort Douglas Memorial Day Ceremony

Fort Douglas will commemorate fallen soldiers Monday, May 28 starting at 9:30 a.m. Events start at the Fort Douglas Museum before a procession to the ceremony. To reach Fort Douglas, ride the TRAX Red Line to Fort Douglas Station.
