Our history and pride extend to our employee benefits. We continue to enhance and modify our benefits to meet employee needs in this fast-paced and ever-changing economy and world. In fact, we’ve received the State of Utah’s “Healthy Worksite Award” for the past 18 years running.
UTA offers an excellent benefits package at a relatively low cost to the employee – approximately $50/month for employee only coverage up to around $100/month for a family of three or more. UTA employees have a choice of medical plans, along with a variety of other benefit options available to meet employee needs and personal preferences.
