The Utah Transit Authority has proposed its 2013 budget for its Board of Trustees and the public to review. Public comment will be taken on the proposed budget Oct. 12 to Nov. 12. A public hearing on the budget is scheduled as part of a special UTA board meeting on November 7 at 2 p.m. at the UTA oofices located at 669 West 200 South, Salt Lake City.
