You don’t have to drive to Park City to catch a Sundance film. This year, Sundance films and documentaries will be shown at five locations in Salt Lake City. Many of these theaters are accessible by bus or train. So, leave the driving to us and enjoy the ride – and the show!

Broadway Center Cinemas (listed as Broadway Center Cinemas 3 and Broadway Center Cinemas 6 on the Sundance website)

111 East Broadway

Broadway Center Cinemas is just a short walk from TRAX or the bus. The theater is located one block east of Gallivan Plaza Station or two blocks northwest of Library Station. TRAX operates until approximately 11:30 p.m. (depending on the line and direction), seven days per week. The theater is also accessible by downtown bus routes that serve the stop at 255 South State Street. For evening shows, try routes 200 and 471.

Salt Lake City Public Library

200 East 400 South

The main branch of the Salt Lake City Public Library can be reached via Library Station on the TRAX Red Line. Service runs seven days per week until approximately 11:30 p.m.

Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center

138 West Broadway

The Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center is located 1.5 blocks west of Gallivan Plaza Station. The station is served by the Green and Blue TRAX Lines daily until approximately 11:30 p.m.

The Grand Theater at Salt Lake Community College

1575 South State Street

The Grand Theater can be accessed via route 200, which ends Monday-Saturday service between 9:15 and 10:15 p.m., depending on direction. The route also has Sunday service until approximately 6 p.m. For daytime shows, the theater is also accessible via route 17, which has Monday-Friday service until 7 p.m. 

The Tower Theater

900 E. 958 South

The Tower Theater is accessible via bus route 209, which runs Monday-Friday until approximately 10:30 p.m., Saturday until 10 p.m. and Sunday until 7 p.m. For daytime shows, route 9 also serves the theater and runs Monday-Friday until approximately 6:30 p.m.
