Filling out the on-line application:
The following pages contain various questions that will help UTA in the candidate selection process. Please answer all questions truthfully and completely. Some questions may need additional explanation based on your response.

Time to complete:
Depending on your responses to the questions, your time to complete this application could be anywhere from a few minutes to a half hour or more. Please make sure you have the time to completely answer all questions without interruption.
