Filling out the on-line application:
The following pages contain questions that help UTA in the hiring process. Please answer all questions truthfully and completely.
Navigation between pages:
The “Next” button at the bottom of the application screens will take you to the next page. You will be given a self service login ID and password upon completing the online application. You can use this to log into our Applicant Self Service Center to edit any of your application information. Please remember your login ID and password for future use.
Time to complete:
If this is your first time logging into our Applicant Self Service Center, the initial application process may take up to an hour or longer if you are entering your work and education history, uploading your resume, etc… If you already entered under your login ID, the application process can be as quick as a few minutes depending on your responses to the questions. Please make sure you have the time to completely answer all questions without interruption. Once you have completed an on-line application for a specific job, you will be unable to log back in and change any of your answers to job specific questions. However, you will be able to edit your work and education history, upload resumes and cover letters until the job closes. Once the job closes, no changes can be made to your application.
