Transit Oriented Development
|Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) is a high-density mix of uses designed to maximize the convenience of the transit amenity for those who utilize the site, favoring pedestrian and bicycle access, without excluding the automobile.
The Utah Transit Authority is interested in developing TODs at and around our transit stations for the purpose of enhancing the community, increasing transit ridership, and generating new revenue sources to fund transit operations.
