Paratransit Route Deviation
UTA Paratransit service is provided to eligible riders whose pick up and drop off points lie within a ¾ mile boundary of a regular local fixed bus route or light rail station. This service is consistent and comparable to ADA Paratransit guidelines.

To determine if a trip falls within a ¾ mile boundary of a fixed route, please select from the following route maps:

Registered Paratransit riders who wish to schedule a trip with a pick up or drop off point within a ¾ mile boundary of a regular local fixed bus route or light rail station may call 801-287-7433 or 877-882-7272 in Box Elder and Tooele Counties.
UTA Route Deviatoin Flex Routes – The Lift
UTA offers route deviations in some areas. Buses running these routes may deviate up to ¾ mile upon request for pick up or drop off before returning to its regularly scheduled route. This is an option for Paratransit riders as well. The cost is regular fare plus $1 per person for deviation.
