What:Utah Transit Authority encourages the public to avoid traffic and parking congestion when attending the 2009 Utah Arts Festival by taking TRAX. The festival, which begins Thursday, June 25, is located at Library Square, across the street from the Library Station and just two blocks from the Courthouse Station.
