Helpful Tips

The following helpful tips will make your riding experience easier and more pleasant. For more information, contact UTA customer service.

  • If you need a transfer, please be sure to ask for one when you pay your fare.

  • Please have correct change because the bus operator doesn’t carry change.

  • Please arrive 5 to 7 minutes before the scheduled time.

  • If you need assistance and need to have the bus lowered or kneeled, please be sure to request it.

  • Please be standing at the bus stop and not sitting when the bus arrives.
