UTA Public Safety Mission Statement:
It is the mission of the UTA Public Safety Department to provide a safe commuting and working environment for customers and employees that will lead to increased ridership and revenue to UTA. To accomplish this goal we are dedicated to the use of customer service and various methods of policing to insure order maintenance and the protection of customers and employees from crime and terrorism, both domestic and foreign, while maintaining an open transit system.
