2010 Eco Pass Renewal Purchase Order Information
What type of information will I need on hand to complete application?
You will need the following information:
- The number of your employees at your organization, as of January 1, 2010.
- The Service Level of your organization. (If your business location has not changed since execution of an Eco Pass Agreement in 2008, the service level will remain the same. If your business location has changed, please contact your marketing representative to ascertain your company's Service Level.
- Kent Jorgenson if your company is located in Weber, Davis or Box Elder County
- Stacey Adamson if your company is located in Utah County
- Ryan Taylor or Cheryl Anderson if your company is located in Tooele or Salt Lake Counties
- Your company's desired Pass Product - the Basic Eco Pass or the Premium Eco Pass. The purchase of the Premium Eco Pass by a company authorizes its employees to use all transit modes including Local Transit Routes, FrontRunner and express bus routes for no additional fare payment. The purchase of the Basic Eco Pass by your company authorizes its employees to use Local transit Routes (including TRAX and Local Bus Routes) and pay an additional fare to use FrontRunner and Express Bus Routes on an individual basis.
- Your company's billing information and address if different from physical address.
- Email address (used to send a confirmation email).
- Name, Title, and Phone Number of person authorized to agree to application.
