Background:
The financial disclosure process for 2016 have been completed. This presentation provides feedback to the Board of Trustees on the results of the 2016 review. Furthermore, the Board of Trustees is requested to approve changes to the Board Process Policy, which would align with changes made to the UTA employee’s financial disclosure forms.
