UTA’s Mt. Ogden Business Unit, which covers Davis, Weber and Box Elder counties, will be making bus service adjustments as a part of the agency’s regularly scheduled change day Sunday, Dec. 12. The route changes will improve efficiencies, while maintaining the area’s full complement of transit services.
Changes will be communicated to area riders beginning Wednesday, Nov. 3 and an informational open house is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 16, from 4 – 6 p.m. at the Ogden Transit Center (2393 Wall Avenue).
The changes in service will occur on underutilized routes and represent a small percentage of the area’s overall ridership, affecting less than one percent of all trips taken.
Changes include the elimination of all Mt. Ogden Saturday bus service before 8:30 a.m. and after 9:00 p.m.
