Got plans for the long weekend? Visit UTA’s booth at the Festival Latinoamericano in Provo. We’ll be there from approximately 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 3 and Monday, Sept. 5, giving away FAREPAY cards loaded with $5, as well as UTA lip balm, sunblock and other goodies. We’ll also be giving away 10 free bike safety kits each day. Each kit includes a safety vest, trail map, LED lights, water bottle and more designed to encourage safe cycling to and from public transportation.

The Festival Latinoamericano runs Sept. 2, 3 and 5 at the Utah County Historic Courthouse grounds at 50 South University Avenue in Provo. The event can be accessed via bus routes 850 and 830. (Buses will run on Saturday schedules on Labor Day, Sept. 5.) Please note that bike kits and all other UTA supplies will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
