  1. So essentially there is no bus servics in Utah County on Friday because you are running on Sunday Schedule. UTA you need to stop screwing Utah County over and start running Sunday bua service down here.

  2. Black Friday on Saturday schedule? Really? Some people actually have to work a regular day Did that occur to any of you???

  3. More explicit reference to the fact customer service will be closed on Friday both on the website and in the 801-RIDE-UTA automated phone self-service system, please. And thank you (a generic automated message, intended to be heard by the caller after 7 p.m. MST on a non-holiday, had been playing at time of call to operator at 5:43 MST).
