In general, civil rights complaints are initially investigated at the business unit level. If requested, you will receive a response from a representative of the business unit if you’ve provided sufficient contact information. If you are not satisfied with the results of the business unit’s investigation into your civil rights complaint, you can appeal the results of the investigation to a member of the Civil Rights department by completing and submitting an appeal form:

You must submit your appeal within 30 calendar days after receiving an initial response from UTA. UTA civil rights staff will respond to your appeal within 30 days of the receipt of the completed appeal form.
