UTA offers tuition reimbursement for classes that benefit both the employee and UTA. The benefit is equal to 100% of tuition costs up to $1,000 per calendar year. Tuition costs over $1,000 in a calendar year are reimbursed at 50%.
UTA will contribute up to $600 a year to help employees pay for dependent care expenses.
UTA employees, their spouses, and dependents under the age of 23 and still living at home can ride on UTA buses, TRAX trains, and the FrontRunner free of charge.
Discounts are offered to government employees with various cell phone carriers. Discounted tickets to local events are offered to employees throughout the year.
